We are currently developing land at Lake Cumberland. Lake Cumberland is made up of 50,000 acres and is controlled by the Corp of Engineers. The land around the lake from the shore line to the top of the hills belong to the Corp and can't be built on or disturbed.

The lake has many marinas which are privately owned and operated. There are also parks and recreational areas ran by the Corp and 1 state park. Therefore we are developing land where we can build lakes. This development is ideal for walks to Sid Bell Falls or horse riding on miles of trails.
