to offer prices below those who follow. Our strategy is to
build, sell fast and build again. We can do this by keeping our

below the market price and even our finished prices are below

People are coming to this area looking for summer homes (

shopping and recreational areas as well as large beautiful
marinas with some great restaurants. You will find the
communities and the people very laid back and friendly, as well

part of the country offers and why so many people are headed
here to their Shangri-La, their peace and quiet, their Paradise.
I have had investors tell me that this is a no-brainer.
That anyone can see the advantage of our Creative Financing,
having little invested compared to the Potential Gain. Putting
20% down with a 5 Year balloon contract is exactly what they are
looking for. Then we added the 2% over prime adjustable interest
rate with payments calculated over 30 years, “What more can
